SUBSTANCE: invention discloses a user terminal arranged as capable of transfer into a basic station of an upperlink control channel according to a circuit with one carrier, comprises a module of reception detection, arranged as capable of detecting data reception, which is sent from the basic station in accordance with scheduling, and generation of a reception detection result as the first control information; and a module of control information multiplexing arranged as capable of assignment for the first control information of the first radio resource, arranged in the end of the system frequency band, and assignment for the second control information sent using a radio resource dedicated for a user terminal, of a previously specified position within the second radio resource adjacent to the first radio resource, in order to multiplex the first control information and the second control information in the upperlink control channel.

EFFECT: efficient multiplexing of control information in an upperlink control channel and efficient usage of radio resources.
