FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to meat industry and may be used for production of meat-and-vegetable pates. "Konsky" meat-and-vegetable pate contains horse liver, spleen, visceral fat, bulb onions, violet basil, dill, beans, carrots and culinary salt. The pate components are taken at the specified quantity ratio. The proposed composition is characterised by a high level of vitamins, macro-and-microelements and amino acid compound content.
EFFECT: usage of violet basil spicy aromatic plant allows to neutralise the negative properties and specific smell of by-products as well as significantly extends storage life.
