FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely, to ophthalmology and can be used for formation of corneal disc in case of through keratoplasty. By means of femtosecond laser programmed intrastromal cut are formed by three-stage resection. At the first stage posterior lateral cut of cornea is made from anterior chamber into cornea stroma with angle of lateral cut with respect to cornea surface 95-115°, initial depth 800-1000 mcm, final - 330-380 mcm, diameter 6.8-7.5 mm, pulse energy 2.3-2.5 mcJ, distance between laser pulses 2 mcm, distance between each level of lateral cut - 2 mcm. At the second stage lamellar cut in form of ring is made parallel to anterior cornea surface with depth in cornea stroma 360-410 mcm, external diameter 7.8-9.1 mm, internal diameter 6.7-7.4 mm, energy 2.3-2.5 mcJ, distance between points on tangent 4 mcm, between points on radius 4 mcm. At the third stage anterior lateral antecut of cornea is made from stroma to epithelial surface with angle of anterior lateral cut with respect to cornea surface 90°, initial depth 390-440 mcm, diameter 7.7-9.0 mm, energy 2.3-2.5 mcJ, distance between laser pulses 3 mcm, between levels - 3 mcm.
EFFECT: method ensures precision formation by means of femtosecond laser of various profiles of cornea cuts, ensuring their accurate shape and size, clear ratio of trepanation diameter in donor and recipient, increase of biomechanical wound stability, elimination of additional trauma of endothelium, improvement of healing, reeduction of value of post-operation astigmatism, acceleration of visual rehabilitation, reduction of risk of possible cornea infection, reduction of duration and technical simplification of performance of femtosecond keratoplasty in comparison with traditional.
