FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions refers to medicine. A therapeutic system comprises a fibre pipeline having a distal end arranged on an area of patient's subcutaneous tissue, and a proximal end arranged extracorporeally with respect to a patient's body. A continuous fibre is placed in the fibre pipeline so that one end of the continuous fibre extends from the proximal end of the fibre pipeline, while the other end of the continuous fibre extends from the distal end of the fibre pipeline. The continuous fibre forms a fibre mass adjoining the tissue area. The low pressure pipeline is connected through a fluid medium with the low pressure source and the fibre mass for low pressure delivery to the tissue area through the fibre mass. There are disclosed versions of the therapeutic system characterised by construction and used fibre.
EFFECT: faster subcutaneous wound healing.
