FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and medical equipment, namely to catheters for radio-frequency destruction in real time mode with optic tissue monitoring. In the first version of implementation catheter contains case and terminal electrode with light-transmitting envelope and film from carbon nanotubes on said envelope. Light-transmitting envelope is adapted for illumination and capturing light, film from carbon nanotubes being adapted for tissue destruction. In the second version of implementation envelope limits cavity for reception of light from tissue. Catheter has first light guide, passing into cavity for transmission of light into cavity, and second light guide, rassing into cavity for capturing light in empty cavity.
EFFECT: application of the group of inventions will make it possible to carry out ablation and optic tissue monitoring simultaneously.
