FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of analytical chemistry, in particular to analysis of air for benzopyrene content. Method of benzopyrene extraction from filter includes extraction of benzopyrene by ultrasonic processing of filter in organic solvent. As organic solvent used is mixture of diethyl ether and methylisopropyl ether. Percentage of diethyl ether in mixture constitutes 40-60%, percentage of methylisopropyl ether in mixture constitutes 60-40%. Aerosol filter AFA-XP-20 is used as aerosol filter.
EFFECT: increased degree of benzopyrene extraction from filter, increased analysis accuracy and reduction of its duration.
