FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for chemical, petrochemical, chemical-metallurgical industry, as well as for aircraft equipment, and can be used for obtaining construction materials, working in conditions of high heat load, oxidative and aggressive media. Workpiece of porous carbon-graphite material is made and heated in closed volume of reactor in inert atmosphere or vacuum in vapour of silicon to 1700-1900°C with subsequent exposure and cooling. Heating is performed to 1700-1800°C at pressure in reactor 1-36 mm Hg with subsequent exposure in said temperature interval and pressure for 60 minutes. After that pressure is increased to 150-600 mm Hg and cooling to 1400-1500°C is performed. After that, heating is continued to 1800-1850°C with subsequent exposure in said temperature interval for 1-2 h and cooling at pressure in reactor 1-36 mm Hg. Cooling from c 1700-1800°C to 1400-1500°C can be repeated up to three times.
EFFECT: increased degree and uniformity of siliconising, reproducibility of results without affecting quality.
