FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: generator gas is obtained in a horizontal reactor. Fuel is fed into a gasifying chamber from the top at a tangent to the inner wall of the reactor. Multiple jets of air are fed into the pyrolysis zone through convergence zone perforations. The obtained gas suspension is swirled. Gasification is carried out at temperature of 500-600°C and pyrolysis is carried out at temperature of 600-700°C with excess air factor of 0.25-0.42. Air flow is controlled so that in the gasification zone it is 3-5 times greater than in the pyrolysis zone and the convergence zone of the reactor.
EFFECT: invention increases degree of fuel gasification and ensures that ash does not accumulate in the reactor.
