SUBSTANCE: vortex gas generation and/or combustion of solid fossil fuels and biomass. Proposed unit for generating generator gas comprises a loading device for supplying fuel material, four vortex chambers installed horizontally, one after another along the technological process, with nozzles for supplying a vapor-air mixture and removing a gas-air mixture. In the proposed installation, the feeding auger of the feeder is made of solid coils with a pitch decreasing in the direction of the loaded fuel, which makes it possible to compact the fuel material in front of the paddle metering element, which pre-crushes the material. A clamping grinding device containing knives is installed. The third conditioning vortex chamber is equipped with a radial cutoff, which makes it possible to create a chamber with an internal variable radius. In the fourth stabilization vortex chamber, a swirler is installed with radial and axial displacement, which changes the direction of movement of the flow of non-reacting particles of the gas-air mixture. The unit uses an additional fifth chamber connected to the first vortex gasification chamber. The fifth chamber, due to the presence of a wall inclined at an angle to the horizontal axis, makes it possible to cut off large residues of crushed fuel material entering the first vortex gasification chamber.

EFFECT: high quality control of the combustion process, ensuring almost complete combustion of the fuel.
