FIELD: chemical industry.

SUBSTANCE: aggregate for thermochemical treatment of carbon-containing material, having a raw material pyrolysis reactor, equipped with devices for loading raw material into pyrolysis reactor and unloading obtained pyrocarbon, as well as a gas outlet for discharging the obtained steam-gas, a gasification reactor, intended for obtaining generator gas, equipped with a device for loading raw material and a gas outlet for discharging the obtained generator gas, wherein gasification reactor housing accommodates air manifolds communicated with blower outlet, swirlers are connected with manifolds, introduced tangentially into the cavity of the gasification reactor, as well as a device for separating the steam genesis obtained in the reactor, to the gas outlet of which is connected a smoke exhauster, characterized by that the unit is equipped with a generator gas purification from the solid phase obtained in the gasification reactor, the input associated with the output of the gasification reactor, and by the outlet to the pyrolysis reactor cavity, the gas outlet of which by means of the gas duct is connected to the inlet of the apparatus for separating vapor-gases obtained in the pyrolysis reactor, wherein on the gas duct there are first and second heat exchangers, the working space of the first of which is connected to the air blower and to the pipelines, connected to the gasification reactor manifolds, and the second one – to the pyrolysis reactor raw material reservoir, and by means of distributing pipelines with swirlers, introduced into the pyrolysis reactor cavity, wherein the gasification reactor is arranged horizontally and is made of two sections – receiving and dispensing sections, each of which is made in the form of a shell, the sections with their ends are mated with each other, input for loading of raw material is located in receiving section, and outlet for outlet of generator gas – in output, wherein gasification reactor is equipped with turbulence promoter, made in the form of a plate and installed in the receiving section of the gasification reactor in the area of its joint with the output section across the longitudinal axis of the gasification reactor.

EFFECT: obtaining a large range of end products of high quality owing to high degree of processing raw material and qualitative separation into fractions of pyrolysis vapor gases obtained in the reactor.
