METHOD OF PRODUCING COMBUSTIBLE GAS FREE FROM PYROLYSIS RESINS DURING CONDENSED FUEL GASIFICATION AND DEVICE FOR IMPLEMENTATION THEREOF Russian patent published in 2020 - IPC C10J3/66 C10J3/12 F23G5/27

Abstract RU 2733777 C2

FIELD: chemistry.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to processing condensed fuels to produce combustible gas. Solved technical problem is obtaining in a single process of combustible gas free from pyrolysis resins at low temperature and with high energy efficiency. Process is implemented at coupled operation of two counterflow devices - pyrolyser and gas generator, and it can be implemented in various types of counter-flow reactors: multipode furnace, shaft reactor, rotating drum. Condensed fuel is loaded into a pyrolyser, pyrolyser is fed into the pyrolyser by counterflow to fuel supply, generator gas extracted from the gas generator at temperature of 400–800 °C, pyrolysis of fuel in countercurrent of gas is carried out, pyrolysis gases are collected from the pyrolyser and forced to the gas generator. At the same time coked fuel from pyrolysis is loaded into gas generator, preferably mixed with solid non-combustible material, oxygen-containing gas is supplied to gas generator by counterflow to cork fuel, incineration fuel is burnt in counterflow of gas and unloading of solid residue of combustion from lower part of gas generator. Output of gaseous products from gas generator is carried out through layer of solid material. Gaseous products of pyrolysis and drying are supplied to the gas generator upwards through the gas flow of supply of the main part of the oxygen-containing gas. Disclosed is a device for realizing a process, which consists of pyrolyser in form of multi-core furnace and gasifier, in form of vertical shaft furnace, characterized in that gasifier is additionally equipped with device for extraction of hot generator gas and its supply to pyrolyser, and outlet of gaseous products of pyrolysis and drying is equipped with fan for forced supply into gasifier.

EFFECT: invention can be used for processing of various solid fuels for power generation.
