The tube can be found in the canal for insertion and limiting a canal for removal. The tip can be shaped after an external end of the tube. The tip can isolate a gap between the tube for insertion and the tube for removal and can comprise a profile edge (e.g. a V-shaped portion) matched with a profile of the tube for insertion. The tube for insertion and the tip can be coupled so that the tube baffles the flow in the same direction, while the tip draws the flow perpendicular to this direction. The canal for tip removal can be extended in the distal direction behind a location of the removal hole. The tip can reach a point adjoining a hole for tube insertion.
