SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine. System contains unit of air pressure, which supplies air jet under pressure, unit of controlling capsulotomy and movement for controlling electric current and movement, and instrument for capsulotomy. Instrument contains main case and moved-out - pulled-in burning element, connected to main case. Instrument is connected with unit for control of capsulotomy and movement for providing supply of electric current to burning element and control of moving out and pulling in of burning element. When burning element is in flat removed configuration, instrument tip can be introduced through relatively small corneal cut. After introduction into anterior chamber, switching element is transferred into circular moved-out configuration in order to create possibility of performing capsulotomy by supply of electric pulse into burning element.
EFFECT: elaboration of system and instrument for performing capsulotomy procedure.
