FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method for ion-implantation treatment of compressor blisk blades and can be used in aircraft engine building and power turbine construction. Two ion sources are installed in the vacuum chamber, vertical planes of which passing through the centre of the ion source and parallel to the direction of ion flow movement are located at angle of 0–180° and at different level relative to each other and are equally distant from horizontal plane passing through rotation axis of blisk. Blisk is installed on shaft of holder and ion-implantation treatment of blades is performed, continuously rotating blisk around vertical axis passing through centre of blisk and crossing direction of flow of implanted ions flow. Simultaneously blisk is rotated about its longitudinal axis for uniform implantation of all blades to obtain preset dose of implanted ions. Ion-implantation treatment of blade surface is carried out with nitrogen ions at energy from 15 to 40 keV, dose from 1.5⋅1017 up to 2.5⋅1017 ion/cm2.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of physico-mechanical properties and performance characteristics of blades of blisk GTE compressor: endurance and cyclic durability, due to their uniform ion-implantation treatment.
