FIELD: technological processes.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a method of ion-implantation treatment of the compressor’s working mono-wheel blades made of titanium alloys. Mono-wheel is mounted on the holder shaft. Placed inside the vacuum unit, having one of the treated mono-wheel blades in the working area of the implant, and produce ion-implantation treatment of the blades to obtain a given dose of implantable ions. In this case, the mono-wheel is rotated around an axis passing through the radial axis of the current machined mono-wheel blade and center and intersecting the direction of implanted ions flow thereof, while producing swinging movements of the mono-wheel in the plane, passing through its longitudinal axis and the aforementioned radial axis of the current treated blade, by an angle that provides treatment of the entire working surface of the current blade. Ion-implantation treatment is carried out with nitrogen ions at an energy of from 20 to 35 keV, a dose of 1.8 ⋅ 1017 up to 2.2 ⋅ 1017 ion/cm2. Then the mono-wheel is rotated around longitudinal axis thereof by one step to introduce the next blade into the implantation zone and repeat the indicated cycle until the complete treatment of all mono-wheel blades.
EFFECT: method of ion-implantation treatment of compressor’s working mono-wheel blades made of titanium alloys is proposed.
