FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages laminarian algae milling, first, into particles sized 3-5 mm in a screw cutter, then-into particles sized 0.2-0.3 mm in a colloid mill. Then one performs algae extraction with water at a temperature of 50°C during 20-60 minutes, then the product is concentrated in a vacuum evaporator apparatus till dry substances content is equal to 15-18%.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a jelly-like product with maximum preservation of valuable nutritive substances.
