SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of beverages. The device for preparing liquid beverage implements the claimed method of the beverage ingredients being in the tank by passing water through the said ingredients when centrifugation of the tank. The device comprises the means of centrifugation for actuating the tank into rotation around its central axis, the means of water supply into the tank, and the filtering means placed in the tank. And it has at least one outlet opening with varying cross-section, which limits the beverage flow coming out of the tank. The filtering means comprise a filtering section, which is placed in the rotating tank and comprises a woven fabric, nonwoven fabric, metal mesh, porous plastic partition, filter paper, or their combination.
