FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to anesthesiology and reanimatology. Level of von Willebrand factor in venous blood is determined in dynamics: before carrying out anesthesia, during crossclamping internal carotid artery and after patient's awakening. If von Willebrand factor concentration in venous blood is higher than 1.5 IU, acute coronary syndrome is diagnosed. If concentration is lower or equals 1.5 IU, acute coronary syndrome is absent.
EFFECT: method makes it possible to diagnose acute coronary syndrome intraoperatively in due time and to start its adequate therapy in due time.
