SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a novel amino compound of formula: 
where X is S or O; R1 and R2 independently denote H or C1-4alkyl, or R1 and R2 together with the nitrogen atom with which they are bonded form a 5- or 6-member heterocyclic ring; and n equals 1 or 2, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, and a pharmaceutical composition containing the compound as an active ingredient, and use of the amino compound or pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof to produce a drug for treating depression.
