FIELD: information technologies.

SUBSTANCE: improved visualisation of an investigated object 107 is described. Initial 2D rotary projections are combined preferably by a method of application with appropriate visualisations of a 3D reconstruction. In case of joint display of rotary 2D projections with a 3D reconstruction, 3D information of blood vessels may be compared with initial information of rotary 2D images produced during rotation at different angles. In clinical analysis combined visualisation provides for easy inspection in case if RA results produced on a 3D image, for instance, stenosis or aneurism, are overestimated or underestimated, for instance, because of incomplete filling with a radiopaque medium and/or increased stiffness of radiation bundle rigidity during rotational scanning.

EFFECT: improved quality of visualisation of 3D images of an investigated object.
