FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages raw material pre-processing, preparation of mince mixture of milled salmon fish milt with addition of butter, water and flavour additives at the specified components ratio. The mixture is stuffed into casing, bound, thermally treated and cooled.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a food fish milt product with high nutritive and biological value.
