FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to food industry. The method envisages raw material pre-processing, fish and seafoods mince mixture preparation, additives introduction, moulding, mealing and thermal treatment. During the mince mixture preparation one adds milled salmon fish milts to the fish mince, mills the mixture and adds seafoods in the form of pieces sized 0.8-1.2 mm at the specified components ratio. The seafoods are represented by surf clam, arkshell, shrimp, scallop or their mixture.
EFFECT: invention allows to manufacture a product having enhanced nutritive and biological value.
