Proposed is a functional purpose cooked sausage product containing turkey meat, egg melange, dry defatted milk, food salt, nutmeg, drinking water, which additionally contains dried milled cilantro, maize maltodextrin, iodine-active, black pepper, and as turkey meat contains turkey fillet with skin, with the following ratio of initial components, wt.pts.: turkey fillet with skin 100.0; dried milled cilantro 2.5; drinking water 15.0; egg melange 1.1; dry defatted milk 1.15; maize maltodextrin 1.0; iodine-active 0.12; food salt 2.0; black pepper 0.08; nutmeg 0.05.

EFFECT: invention ensures enhancement of nutritive and biological value of the product, as well as expansion of the range of meat products and increase of the ready product yield.
