FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, namely to ophthalmology and can be used for fixation of intraocular lens with fixing elements in ciliary furrow and sclera in absence of crystalline lens capsule. Claimed instrument contains handle 1 with guiding rod 2 on the end, on which hollow conducting elements 3 and 4 are located, one of which 3 is made with sharpened tip. Claimed instrument is passed in projection of ciliary furrow in such a way, that element with sharpened end 3 is located in eye membranes on 3 o'clock, and element 4 - on 9 o'clock. After passing conducting elements 3 and 4 through eye membranes guiding rod 2 is removed, and remaining in eye membranes conducting elements 3 and 4 are brought into opposite sides in such a way that their one end remains located in eyeball cavity in zone of ciliary furrow. After implantation of intraocular lens into anterior eye chamber fixing elements of lens are successively brought into lumen of conducting elements 3 and 4, after which conducting elements 3 and 4 are brought outside from membranes, fixing elements of intraocular lens being left in ciliary furrow and sclera.

EFFECT: group of inventions ensures increase of performed operation efficiency due to obtained strict coaxiality of placement of fixing elements in ciliary furrow and sclera.
