FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to method and device for processing light fraction produced in treatment of wastes, rich in plastics and metal depleted. Proposed method comprises the following stages: percussion-reflection effects on light fraction, sorting light fraction into, at least, two classes of light fraction, dividing one class of light fraction into, at least, one fraction of dust and, at least, one other fraction, and surface cleaning of, at least, light material fraction be means of centrifuge. Proposed method is implemented at the plant comprising, at least, the following means: magnetic separator for metal separation, means to bring percussion-reflection effects on light fraction, light fraction screen for sorting light fraction into two classes of light fraction, device to divide one class of light fraction into one light material fraction and one heavy material fraction, light material cleaning centrifuge, agglomeration plant with refrigerator, drier and metal separator connected thereto.
EFFECT: higher efficiency.
