Application device (70) of lining material with hooks is made with possibility of interaction with second holder (14) for delivery of first lining (57) of material with hooks. Besides, disclosed is method of dispensing belt as required.
EFFECT: disclosed is output device (2) for dispensing by request of piece (12) of tape material and first lining material with hooks.
