FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine and medical equipment, in particular, to devices and methods for application in refraction surgery. Device contains source, emitting laser beam, means, forming and directing said laser beam with respect to eye, camera for registering properties of iris and eye pupil, computer, which contains controlling programme and made with possibility of controlling said means in accordance with ablation profile. Method of refraction surgery, realised with application of said device consists in the fact that first determined and memorised is dependence of apex (A) position or point located at fixed distance from said apex on the surface of cornea of eye, which should be subjected to medicinal influence, on property of pupil, which can change during said procedure. After that, laser radiation in directed at the surface or inside the eye in form of preliminarily determined space-time pulse sequence, adjusted with application of said dependence in accordance with position of eye, determined by registration of instant value of pupil property.

EFFECT: application of group of inventions will make it possible to achieve improved results of refractive surgery due to reduction of systematic errors by taking into account dependence of ablation centre position on pupil properties, which can change in the process of procedure.
