SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medical equipment. An apparatus comprises: a laser light source for laser light generation; an instrument for laser light direction onto the eye for the purpose of the ophthalmological intervention on the surface of the eye or on the inside; an applicator brought in contact with the eye to adjust the position of the instrument for laser light direction onto the eye; a space and time controller for laser light with respect to the eye according to the exposure schedule specified with respect to the eye centre (Z); a camera for recording the applicator and pre-set eye structure images, an image processor able to extract the recorded eye centre (Z) information from the images and to introduce the information into the controller, and also to detect the image-based and camera-recorded mutual position of the applicator and structure, and to send a signal respective to the mutual position to the controller. The controller is designed for performing the laser control of the eye taking into account the eye centre (Z) detected by the image processor, and depending on the signal.
EFFECT: using the given invention enables compensating the optimum position of the applicator with respect to the eye.
