FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method involves reaction of hexafluoropropylene oxide and hexafluoropropylene in the presence of a catalyst in form of an alkali metal fluoride, in a diglyme medium, at temperature of 50-100°C, pressure of 0.3-0.7 MPa, for 0.25-4 hours while stirring continuously. As a rule, the catalyst used is potassium fluoride.
EFFECT: method enables to obtain an end product with high output using industrial commercially available material.
