FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: rail-and-tie assembly joints with slab track to bend released sections of said assemblies in vertical plate through preset magnitude. Created cambers of rail-and-tie assembly flexure are displaced commencement of works to their finish. Created camber of rail-and-tie assembly flexure is increased by design value in displacement of assemblies. Cambers of flexure are eliminated at finish of works. Joints between rail-and-tie assembly and slab track are remade after aforesaid displacement of cambers of flexure. Camber of rail-and-tie assembly flexure in various sections are defined by the following formula: where α is thermal expansion factor (α=0.00001181/deg); Li is distance from start of rail-and-tie assembly to i-th section whereat design camber is calculated, mm; Δt is difference between recommended temperature of locking assemblies for continuous operating conditions and that of actual operation, °C.
EFFECT: faster repair, decreased labor input.
