SUBSTANCE: vibrationproof fastening system includes bolt with high endurance made from the first material and nut made from the second material - softer than the first one of the bolt. The bolt includes threads, and the nut includes nut threads which cohere with bolt threads. Fastening system is characterised by special geometry of threads of bolt and nut and difference in hardness between nut and bolt for vibration resistance. Being tight up crests of bolt threads enter soft supporting working sides of nut threads. Together with entering of bolt crests softer crests of nut threads flow inside roots of bolt threads.
EFFECT: full contact between nut and bolt restricts nut movement in transverse direction relative to longitudinal axis of bolt.
