SUBSTANCE: pulse electronic-optical converter (EOC) comprises a key unit, including a voltage converter (1), the first microcontroller (2), a pulse shaper (3); a power supply unit comprising the second microcontroller (4), an analog-digital converter (5), the first and second digital-analog converters (6) and (7), an amplifier (8), an amplifier of a microchannel plate (9), a screen amplifier (10), a multiplier of a microchannel plate (11), a screen multiplier (12), a photocathode multiplier (13); a vacuum unit comprising a screen (14), a microchannel plate (15) and a photocathode (16). The device applies digital control, and changes for generation of voltages of a microchannel plate and a screen are separated.

EFFECT: higher stability of screen glow brightness and resolving ability of a device in a wide range of ambient temperatures, characteristics of a vacuum unit and values of photocathode lighting.
