The initial components are used at the following ratio, wt %: sugar - 20, blackcurrant berries -70, Fucus evanescens water-ethanolic extract -10.

EFFECT: invention allows to produce filling enriched with a complex of biologically active substances which may be used in the process of gingerbreads, cookies, pies, tarts and buns manufacture.
