FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: fruits and berries are gathered at the maturity stage, washed, inspected, slightly dried, frozen at a temperature of -30°C with subsequent storage at a temperature of -18°C, defrosted, milled and stirred into paste-like condition. The produced pastes are joined to produce a three-component grape-apricot-wild strawberry or grape-currant-cherry plum or grape-cornel- raspberry or strawberry-cherry plum-grape or currant-apricot-cornel or apricot-currant- raspberry mixture. Then sugar in an amount of 5% and ascorbic acid in an amount of 0.05% are added for antioxidant stability. The products are subjected to freezing at a temperature of -30°C and to subsequent storage at a temperature of -18°C.
EFFECT: production of a mixture with high nutritive value, dietary properties and immunity increase capability.
