SUBSTANCE: kissel, characterized by the fact that it is obtained from natural components in the form of natural dry berry raw material crushed to a powder state from black currants and golden of Buryat selection, sugar, starch at the following ratio of initial ingredients, wt.%: natural component, dry mixture of berries of black currant and golden currant of Buryat selection 30-35; starch 20-25; sugar powder – balance.
EFFECT: invention makes it possible to develop dry kissel using fresh berries of black currant and golden currants of Buryat selection from 13 to 66% of daily requirement of a human body as per the following indices: B1, B2, B3, A, E, D.
