FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: purified fat is simultaneously heated to temperature of 50-70°C, passed through an adsorption column having a warm water jacket and filled with a natural adsorbent. The deep fat is treated with ultrasonic vibrations with frequency of 35 kHz, power of 0.05 W and power density of 2.5 W/cm2 and is simultaneously further subjected to vibration at frequency of 15 s-1 and amplitude of vibration displacements of 1 mm. The amount of the natural adsorbent in the adsorption column is equal to 15% of the mass of the purified fat.
EFFECT: improved method.
