SUBSTANCE: cherry vodka contains the following initial ingredients per 1000 dhal of the ready product: cherry distillate with volume fraction of ethyl alcohol equal to 76-86% - 484.4-590.5, glucose-fructose syrup with weight concentration of sugars equal to 450-500 g/dm3 - 21.3-33.3, cherry kernel infusion in cherry distillate produced from 25-30 kg of dry kernels per 10 dhal of distillate - 5.5-7.5; additionally the product contains, g: lemon oil - 2.5-5.0 and drinking water - balance for 42-45% vol. proof.
EFFECT: invention allows to produce a high quality cherry vodka having a specific cherry flavour with a delicate almond tone, a balanced oily taste of cherry pulp and enhanced biological value.
