FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: method of separating haematopoietic stem cells (HSC) is realised by indirect immunomagnetic separation using inactivated fetal bovine serum (FBS) in amount of 4% and ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid (EDTA) in amount of 0.5 mmol. 5% aqueous solution of an aqua-complex of titanium glycerosolvate (ATG) is added to the obtained composition in amount of 1% of the amount of the obtained composition. The invention can be used when culturing stem cells with subsequent use thereof in cell therapy.
EFFECT: invention increases content of viable cells for the same total output of HSC.
