FIELD: process engineering.
SUBSTANCE: method comprises cold gas-dynamic spraying of special coating and sold bodies, making gas-powder mix, accelerating mix particles by supersonic gas flow, and transferring them on processed articles. Note here that working gas is heated in intermittent mode. Note also that duration of holding article surface in spraying spot at 50-150°C approximates to or is smaller than that of reaching temperature equilibrium in spraying spot between working gas and processed article material. Note that particle sizes are selected from the range of 50-0.03 mcm. Note here that higher dispersion of particles is used for smaller thickness of coatings.
EFFECT: higher quality of coatings, process efficiency, reduced power consumption.
