FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medical diagnostics and is intended for prediction of risk of development of myomatous nodes of large sizes in patients with myoma. Separation of DNA from peripheral venous blood and analysis of polymorphous versions of genes rs2107538 RANTES, rs1801157 SDF1 and rs16944 IL-1β is performed from women born in Central Chernozem region of Russia of Russian nationality by method of polymerase chain reaction. In case of determination of combination of genotypes GG SDF1, CC IL-1β and AA RANTES increased risk of development of myomatous nodes of large sizes is predicted.
EFFECT: invention ensures obtaining novel criteria of evaluating risk of development of myomatous nodes of large sizes over 4 cm on the base of data about genotypes.
