FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention discloses method of determining endothelial microparticles (EMP) in human blood, characterised by the fact that concentration of erythrocytes in 1 mcl is determined in samples of peripheral blood, after that blood samples are stained with mixture of monoclonal antibodies to CD31 and CD41a labelled with different fluorochromes, microspheres of standard size are added to stained samples, obtained mixture is analysed by means of flow cytometry and distribution of contained mixture elements is determined, EMP being identified by immunophenotype CD31+CD41a-, by value of direct light dispersion, proportional to physical dimensions of mixture elements, EMP smaller than 2 mcm are isolated and their concentration in 1 mcl of blood is determined by ratio CEMP=CE*R4/R1, where CE is concentration of erythrocytes in 1 mcl of blood, R4 is quantity of detected EMP, R1 is quantity of detected erythrocytes.

EFFECT: increased accuracy of EMP concentration determination.
