FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to hematology, and can be used for the diagnosis of alloimmune thrombocytopenia of the newborn. Method includes the typing of genes of HPA system and study of antiplatelet auto- and alloantibodies. Study of the HPA genes is carried out by PCR method in real time, and determination of antibodies to platelets is by flow cytometry. When identifying incompatible combinations of HPA genes in the mother and child HPA-1bb/HPA-1ab; HPA-5aa/HPA-5ab; HPA-15aa/HPA-1ab, identifying IgG antibodies in the mother’s blood serum adsorbing more than 3 % of child platelets and if platelet autosensibilization factor is less than 5 % diagnose alloimmune thrombocytopenia of newborn.
EFFECT: use of this method provides for early and accurate diagnosis of alloimmune thrombocytopenia of the newborn, what is required for the appointment of adequate medical therapy, selection of blood components at transfusions.
