FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely to therapy and infectious diseases, and concerns a method of detecting vascular endothelium involvement. Method for detecting vascular endothelium involvement, comprising determining the number of circulating endothelial cells and activated thrombocytes in the blood of patients by sequential gating, where counting of circulating endothelial cells is carried out by fractions CD45-CD31+CD42b-, and counting of activated thrombocytes - CD45-CD31+CD42b+, and by number of circulating endothelial cells and activated thrombocytes damage of vascular endothelium is detected. Number of CD45-CD31+CD42b- events defined as circulating endothelial cells in patients is 562.17 ± 415.95 in mcl against 4.69 ± 1.48 mcl in healthy people; and the number of CD45-CD31+CD42b + events defined as activated thrombocytes in patients is 1139.20 ± 152.15 in mcl versus 7.65 ± 2.47 in mcl in healthy individuals.

EFFECT: method enables detecting vascular endothelium involvement and, consequently, starting the therapy aimed at correcting the pathological process, as well as assessing the effectiveness of the applied therapy.
