FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine and concerns a method for determining composition of individual extracellular vesicles in blood, consisting in that patient's blood is taken from a peripheral vein, centrifuged to obtain blood plasma impoverished in thrombocytes, storing in frozen state, after defrosting performing binding of EVs to MOF previously conjugated with antibodies specific for different surface antigens of vesicles and fluorescence labeled Fab-fragment of immunoglobulin G; dyeing obtained MOF-EVs solution, to half solutions with complexes IPM-EVs adding fluorescent isotype controls; IPM conducted immobilising complexes antibody-EVs-columns using magnetic columns and washing magnetic columns, dissolving in buffer and fixing; added to resulting solution polystyrene particles; obtained MOF-EVs complexes labelled with antibodies are analysed on flow cytometer.

EFFECT: invention provides determination of composition of individual fractions of extracellular vesicles (EVs) in blood to further explore their role in pathogenesis of atherosclerosis and process of destabilisation of atherosclerotic plaques.
