SUBSTANCE: positioning device (1) calculates frequency of displacement of a local generator on the basis of information on a position, which is positioned, information on a position of a satellite received from a satellite signal of a GPS satellite (6) and a vector of speed of a GPS satellite (6) (S7). The GLONASS function operates on the basis of the displacement frequency (from S10 to S13); then positioning is carried out with the GPS function and the GLONASS function (from S5 to S8).
EFFECT: provision of operation of the positioning function in case of joint usage of a local generator by GPS and GLONASS functions with compensation of a deviation in a generated frequency of a local generator.
