SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to orthopedic dentistry, and can be applied for orthopedic rehabilitation of patients with dentition defects by means of stationary dental prosthesis with cast construction. Dental titanic support, is made from titanium by method of milling, is fixed in stationary dental prosthesis in the place of absent tooth, has be and abutment, made conical in 12 degrees. On base surface facing mucous membrane of alveolar process, there is rounding of dome-shaped form. Abutment has two flat sides, and on butt end surface there is 1 mm deep saw cut which corresponding to 90 degrees angle. Support has three types of dimensions with total height 5.5 mm or 6 mm or 6.5 mm, taking into account height from tray of support base to the highest point of abutment. Height of support base is 1.5 mm or 2 mm or 2.5 mm respectively. Support has base area in diameter 8.5 mm and height of abutment 4 mm, as well as two types of dimensions on abutment diameter on base 3.5 mm, in the centre 2.66 mm, on the highest point 2.00 mm and diameters in base 6.5 mm, in the centre 5.8 mm, on the highest point - 5.66 mm respectively.

EFFECT: ensuring orthopedic rehabilitation of patient with dentition defect by installation of titanium support with variable dimensions in the place of absent tooth and strength of fixation in dental prosthethis with cast construction.
