FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, to cardiology. Method includes carrying out radio-frequency ablation of sympathetic innervations of renal arteries. For this purpose kidneys are subjected to impact by alternating current, 2 minutes in each. Electrode is placed in renal artery and is pressed with its entire surface to its wall. Between active and indifferent electrodes current with maximal density within 1 mm from active electrode surface is induced. 4-10 mm long electrode with diameter 1.65-1.98 mm is applied. Impact power is 8 W, at temperature 60° C. Impact is realised successively in eight points, evenly distributed along general trunk of renal artery. Impact on each point is carried out under control of impedance reduction to 8 Ohm, which testifies about achievement of denervation.

EFFECT: method ensures preservation of all functions of kidneys, reduces peripheral resistance of renal bloodstream, does not induce complications.
