SUBSTANCE: invention relates to rolling and is intended for automatic adjustment of mill stand speed in fettling strip in continuous sheet train. In steady-state rolling of previous strip, stand electric drive speed static drop is memorised while in rolling the next strip, drive speed is increased by magnitude of aforesaid drop at the moment of strip gripping be rolls of previous stand.

EFFECT: decreased probability of failures, higher precision of process parameters adjustment.
