FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a nickel-based alloy part hardening treatment method. Method involves bombardment of surface layer with ions in two versions. According to the first version, the surface layer is bombarded by implanting La ions therein at energy from 35 to 40 keV, with dose of 8.0⋅1016 cm-2 up to 1.6⋅1017 cm-2. According to the second version, the surface layer is bombarded by implantation of Yb ions at energy from 32 to 38 keV, dose from 9.0⋅1016 cm-2 up to 1.7⋅1017 cm-2. Before ion implantation electrolytic-plasma polishing of part surface is carried out at voltage 260–320 V, in electrolyte: 4–8 % aqueous ammonium sulphate solution at temperature of 60–80 °C. After ion implantation annealing is performed in vacuum at temperature of 740 °C to 960 °C for 1.8 to 2.2 hours. Nickel-base alloy is an alloy containing the following, wt%: 10.5–11.7 Co; 15.2–15.8 Cr; 4.9–5.3 W; 1.83–1.96 Mo; 0.15–0.25 Nb; 2.5–3.2 Al; 4.2–4.8 Ti; 0.05–0.06 C; 0.25–0.3 Hf; 0.8–0.09 B; 0.03–0.05 Zr, the rest is nickel.
EFFECT: increased endurance and cyclic durability of the part.
