FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: what is presented is a differential diagnostic technique for type 1 and 2 cordaron-induced thyrotoxicosis. In addition to thyroid ultrasound and colour Doppler flow mapping, thyreotrophin receptor antibody titre is to be determined. If the antibody titre occurred to be more than 1.5 IU/l, type 1 cordaron-induced thyrotoxicosis is diagnosed. If the antibody titre is found to be less than 1.0 IU/l, type 2 cordaron-induced thyrotoxicosis is diagnosed.
EFFECT: invention provides effective diagnosing of type 1 and 2 cordaron-induced thyrotoxicosis.
